How it works

We're here to help you every step of the way.

Shortly after you place your touchPRO order you will receive a questionnaire to complete and get back to us. This provides everything we need to build the foundation for your app. As soon as we receive this back from you, we will start the process of building your app.

After we've created the basic foundation for your app, we'll contact you to schedule the next step in the process which is a personal walk-through of your app management console. This step will get you familiar with the interface for editing and adding content to your app. At this point we'll begin the teamwork process of putting the finishing touches on your app to get it ready to publish.

When everything is ready, we'll begin the publishing process. Once your app is submitted for publication, it can be available in the Android Market within a couple of days and in the Apple Store in about 2 weeks (pending Apple approval).

After your app is live to the world you can always make additions and updates to the content. Just make and save your changes and then the next time your users open your app, they will see those updates.

Event Listings: Organize and display all of your business's events inside of your application.

Educate and Inform: Whether it's a menu for your restaurant or everything about your business, you can present information to your audience in a structured mobile format.

Fan Wall: Create instant social proof by letting customers post comments to your Fan Wall. There is no greater spokesperson for your business than a happy client.

Social Media Integration: Easily integrate the most popular social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Google+

One-Touch Calling and Emailing: Contacting you is that easy for your customers.

Video Integration: Your YouTube Channel can be embedded right in your app. Or stream live from your mobile device to your app.

Photo Gallery and Email Photo: Post all of your favorite photos and let your customers send their photos directly to you.

Mailing List: Use your app for a convenient method of lead capture or data collection.
